We offer two levels of contract services for Microsoft Small Business.

1. 10 Hour Labor Contract—$800.00
* No contract  Agreement Required
* 8:00am—5:00pm Mon-Fri. Only
* On-site or Depot Repair (Computer & Server)
* Printers are not covered under contract|
* Remote support on Computers

2. Monthly Labor Service Contract -$800.00
Requires 1 Year Contract Agreement

Contract includes the following:
*  20 Hours of labor per month
*  On-site or Depot Repair (Computer & Server)
* Printers are not covered under contract
* On-site or Depot Software Support
* Free Phone Tech Support
* 24/7 Support for Server & Workstations
*  4 Hour Emergency Response Time
* Terminal Service Support

* Dedicated IT Manager
* Monthly Assessment of Workstations
  and Security Patches

* Monthly Cost based on a One Year Contract

· Labor Rate: M-F, 8am-5pm  
On-Site - $110.00 per hour
Depot - $70.00 per hour

Phone Support Desktop:
$19.99 per hour

Remote Desktop Support:
$29.95 per per hour

Small Business Server 2000 and 2003 Remote Maintenance & Security Patching:
$110.00 per hour.

Emergency/After Hour Support
On-site $165.00 per hour
Holidays $220.00 per hour
