We have created the following backup services to accommodate the needs of a wide range of businesses

Because of the sophisticated compression and RBackup technologies used by Alpha Star Computer LLC, users can expect to see a significant reduction in data size between what is on their system and what is actually stored at our data storage center. While compression rates will vary based on the configurations chosen and the data being backed up, reductions of 5:1 are common.

Our pricing plans are based on the compressed data stored on our system. The following factors will determine the growth and size of your data storage requirements:

The types of files backed up
The number of backups retained online
The amount of changed data between backups

Home Backup
Desktop Licenses: $3.95 + $0.50/GB per month
Server Backup
Server Licenses: $6.95 + $1.75/GB per month

We offer daily backups, notification of missed backups, a full month of normal business operations 90 days retained on our system, and FREE technical support - all for one low monthly charge!

With a signed contract, rates will not increase without 30 day written notice to monthly customers. The right is reserved to refuse service to Customer and to cancel service within 30 days written notice. In the event service is cancelled or refused, Customer is not liable for charges for the previous 30 days. Customers discontinued for non-payment are subject to a reactivation fee equal to one month's service. Customer assumes all responsibility for telecommunications charges, long distance calls, and toll calls.
